Holding Space

As a facilitator, my purpose is to connect with others wherever they are on their healing journey. Holding space for someone means holding others in unconditional positive regard with a compassionate heart and full acceptance of the person as a unique individual. My role is simply to be present for their experience.


As a trauma-informed wellness facilitator, safety is an important component of my practice. Establishing and abiding by personal boundaries and creating a space for transparent communication free of shame and judgment is pivotal to the individual's healing journey. My role is to establish a safe space based on the individuals desires.


All people have a fundamental right to make decisions about things related to their bodies. My approach to healing and recovery is built on the premise of mutuality and shared power. The individual is an expert on their body. My role is to listen and learn from them on how I can best support them in their healing journey.


Coaching Sessions

A Coaching Session is a one-on-one session that supports you in creating a life in full bloom. All coaching sessions are a collaborative experience. I believe you are whole, complete, and lacking nothing. You have everything you already need within you to live the life you desire. My role as your coach is not to fix you. My role is to facilitate experiences that help you remember who you already are. A coaching session may include:

  • Conversational Inquiry

  • Narrative Reframing

  • Yoga

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a hands on healing technique that allows the body to relax, rebalance, and restore. By allowing the body to enter a state of deep relaxation we are providing it with the space it needs to heal itself. Our lives are filled with constant stress and anxiety which creates dis-ease and imbalance in the physical and emotional body. Reiki gently recalibrates the nervous system to improve our overall wellbeing and peace of mind.

Self-Development Readings

Unlike traditional tarot readers who read for future events, I focus my readings on helping you uncover the internal barriers that are preventing you from having the life you desire. The tarot and oracle cards are a great way to tap into the subconscious mind.
